Although I am not a very religious person, I would like to meet Pope John Paul II. He was and still is the person that makes me wonder if there is God in heaven. Also, with just one look at his face, a warm feeling grows in my chest. He gave me peace every time I looked at his eyes. He is not a catholic figure to me, but he had that “something” that called my attention.
If I had had the chance to talk with him I am sure the topic would be faith. About why people do not believe or having hoped that it could be something better than this life.
I would do a lot of things with him, besides talk. For example, a long walk in a beautiful park and enjoy the magnificent of nature, eat fruits from the trees and do something I never do, pray.

I strongly agree with you, I`m not a very religious person either but he really represented what goodness, peace, and even heaven means for me.

I saw him in his Pope Mobile in about 1980. I was hitching fron London to Canterbury to see a friend and I passed him and his entourage on the motorway.
I liked him
I don't like the new Pope and I believe he was a good man, who help many people and also meda us think about the good and bad things in life.
He gave to the Catholic church a heart!
